Our Process

Your organization sends Memra a digital or recorded file of text or conversations, along with relevant metadata for analysis. Email, Slack, Yammer, Chats, interviews, surveys, and meeting recordings are all great sources of language data.
Linguists organize your text into a structured collection of language samples ready for analysis.
Based on your organization’s project goals and the nature of your text, linguists select the appropriate categories for analysis (for example, core cultural behaviors, inclusive language, power) and the linguistic features that represent them.
Linguists use their unique linguistic training, as well as proprietary orgLAB software, to find and code key linguistic features within your language collection.
Linguists perform a range of statistical analyses on your coded language data collection to uncover valuable insights related to your project goals
Memra delivers a unique report to your organization, explaining the outcomes from and insights within your collection of language data, and collaborates with you on how to use the report to implement strategic changes.
